Namrata Vohra - CEO of ANANYA INSURANCE AND INVESTMENT

Q1. How did your career journey start? Or Who/What inspired you to
start this business/ entrepreneurship?

Last 14 years with life insurance have been a great journey, right after I gave my HSC exams & did my graduation, my uncle inspired me to join Insurance Industry. He has worked in for almost 30 years as insurance advisor, I joint the team of thousands of Insurance Professional and myself and my husband have built a company Ananya Insurance and Investment where we provide solutions to many people for their security and growth. Each day with growing numbers we are growing.
By helping people become secure and financially strong. We are soaring higher and higher.

Q2. Kindly share some information about your Business, products and
services here?

Our goal is to provide the right service to the customers helping them to get maximum benefit to their investment and policies we provide financial services related to life insurance, general insurance, mediclaim insurance, travel insurance & mutual funds investments.

Q3. What kind of challenges did you face while starting/doing business?

In the initial year I found it difficult to explain the value of insurance and how important it is to save money.

Due to current competition it is a challenge to find new clients. However we have developed a good clientle base now with great service and offering through right product.

Q4. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you
were facing difficulties in your business?

I believe the discovery period is the most important period for career, during this period I came up with new ideas, learnt to carry a big smile and network with many people which gave me great opportunities. At the young age of 20  years I had just lost my mother and started my life and career.



Q5. Share with our readers about your experiment period after the
discovery period?


Experiment period had started by meeting new women Entrepreneurs getting new ideas for promoting the common business in a unique way showing my service capability. Giving them information and new ideas to grow money in safe places.

Q6. What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for next five
years?

I have big plans for my future, in the next five years I shall be the MDRT club member and qualify for corporate club as well.  

Q7. How would you advice/suggest new entrepreneurs who want to start &
sustain in business?


For new upcoming Entrepreneurs I would suggest that they should work hard and keep going as you never know which moment could change your life.We have created our brand ANANYA INSURANCE AND  INVESTMENT is special and has grown with patience and being on the field.
